Overview

These Terms & Conditions refer only to account deletion on the Real Poker platform. By deleting your account, you are agreeing to the following:

Eligibility to Delete Account

• Only registered users may request account deletion.
• Users must be 18 years of age or older.
• Users must only request account deletion on their own.

Free Chips/Game Balances

• All free chips, points, and rewards associated with the account will be lost permanently.
• Users cannot reclaim any chips, nor can chips be transferred to another account.
• Please ensure that you have enjoyed your free chips before you initiate account deletion.

Data Deletion

When you delete your account, all of your personal information, gameplay data, and chat data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our records. We may retain anonymized or other data for legal or operational purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Restrictions

• Requests to delete accounts can not be reversed.
• If there are accounts linked to the same device or email, the account that is deleted will only be the account that was requested.
• Users who attempt to avoid deletion limitations (e.g., creating additional accounts to recover chips that were lost) may be blocked.

Liability Disclaimer

The platform is not responsible for any loss of game history, free chips, or accomplishments that occur after you delete your account.
Deletion of an account doesn't impact any prior interactions with the platform, including reports, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions comply with the laws of the Indian jurisdiction.
Any dispute relating to the deletion of the account will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from use of the Free Gems or from your inability to use the Free Gems.

Acceptance

By submitting a request to delete your account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions of Real Poker. To delete your account, please contact our customer support with an email to support@realpoker.live and provide your consent to proceed with the deletion.
