Welcome to Real Poker. These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the relationship between you as a user or player (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “player” or “user”) and us as Real Poker (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, “app” or the “platform”). Some of you came to enjoy a few hands, while others will aim for high-stakes tables. So, it is essential that you read and understand the rules guiding your activities on this platform. When you sign up, log i, or play any game on Real Poker, you agree to abide by these terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and other policies which we may send to you on a need-to-know basis. 1. What is Real Poker?

Real Poker is an online platform where skill-based poker games are played, starting with Texas Hold'em and expanding to other variants like Omaha in the future. It is not a gambling site. 2. Legality

Real Poker operates within Indian law. Texas Hold’em and Omaha games are recognised by courts as games of skill. However, regulations vary across states, and not all residents of India can participate in online gambling. Therefore, participation in real-money poker games will not be permitted if your activities are in states such as Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana. 3. User Accessibility

To join the action on Real Poker, you are to:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Live in a state where it is permitted to play a real-money poker game.
• Offer a valid Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank details, as well as a valid mobile number.
• Complete a one-time KYC procedure to verify your identity.

Every gamer can have only one account. Multiple account creations will lead to all the cloned ones being blocked, and all winnings may be revoked.

4. Setting up Your Account

4.1 Registration

You will be required to create an account with the right information, no nicknames, aliases, or impersonation. 4.2 KYC Verification

5. Game Rules 

All variants of poker used in Real Poker are based on international rules used in poker, starting with Texas Hold 'em. Be it free or cash games, tournaments, or multi-table - you can count on our fair play.
Some of the things we do not allow are:

• Collusion: Teaming up with other players and cheating.
• Chip dumping: Deliberate throwing away of chips to another player.
• Automation or Bot usage: Poker is not a game to be played by humans or with a computer program.
• Multi-accounting: Consider using a single account only.
• Ghosting: Having others assist during the gameplay.

Any such activity may lead to your account suspension or even blocking, and your money may be forfeited.

6. Transaction Activities

6.1 Deposits

Your Real Poker wallet can be added through UPI, cards, net banking, or wallet deposits. Only ensure that the source of payment is under your name. Deposits may have minimum and maximum limits that we will be informed of by the app admin. 

6.2 Withdrawals

In order to withdraw, you are required to verify your identity through KYC. It takes us 24-72 working hours to process withdrawal requests, but this may take longer in case of verification delays, bank errors, or wrong details provided.

6.3 Fees

Certain modes of transactions may have a processing fee or a commission charge. Pricing of these charges will never be made secretive. 7. TDS and Tax Rules

Under the Indian tax law (Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, to be more precise), we have to withhold 30% of net winnings exceeding 100 rupees. It occurs during the withdrawal or at the financial year-end, whichever is sooner. We have every right to verify your PAN ID during verification, and if anything is found inconsistent during the process, it will result in immediate cancellation of your prize. 8. GST Policy

Based on the interpretation of the law on online games by the Indian government, buy-ins or rake may be subject to 28% GST. Real Poker pays maximum attention to all the existing GST mandates and will make changes in its taxation policy as per the changes of the regulatory authority. Learn more about GST policy

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Bonuses and Promotions

12. Fair play

13. Fraudulent Activity & Misuse

Accounts that have been flagged for fraud, forged documents, chargebacks, or those who have tried to exploit the system will be suspended or banned. We can even report such behavior to the responsible authorities.
We reserve every right to pursue legal action if necessary.

14. IP Rights and Ownership

All that you can see in Real Poker in terms of name, logo, designs, software, and gameplay content is ours. You can’t:

• Replicate or reproduce any part of our platform.
• Reverse engineer our software.
• Use our assets or brand without our prior approval.

15. Disclaimer

We will always strive to keep Real Poker running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee perfection. We are not liable for interruptions caused by:

• Your network carrier (i.e., internet or mobile)
• Device malfunctions
• Force majeure or inability to provide external services

16. Limited Liability

17. Data Protection

18. Account Closure

Ready to take a break or quit the platform? You may request the closing of the account whenever you want. In case you have a remaining balance, we will process the withdrawal after thorough verification and tax clearance.
We can also terminate the inactive or suspicious accounts after a thorough investigation.

19. Amendments to This Agreement

Real Poker reserves all the rights to modify any part of the Terms and Conditions as laws change and our platform develops. We will keep our users informed through communication channels like emails, messages, through the app, or notifications on our site about any such changes made in the future.
By using Real Poker either before or after some changes, you agree to the new Terms.

20. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are based on the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the court of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
