Real Poker is a free-to-play poker gaming app offering casual and competitive environments. Features include Guest Mode, phone-number login, private contests, and offer virtual Gems as rewards. No real money is used or won.

2. Account Access & Guest Mode

• Guest Access: You may play as a guest by entering your verified phone number. No personal identity documents are required.
• Account Creation (optional): Registered accounts using a phone number allow tracking progress and customizing settings.
• Account Limit: One account per player is permitted. Abusive creation of multiple guest or registered accounts may result in restriction.

3. Gameplay & Rewards

To join the action on Real Poker, you are to:

• Game Variants: Free poker gameplay includes Texas Hold’em and may expand to other variants.
• Private Contests: You may create or join private contests with friends; rules vary by contest.
• Virtual Currency: “Gems” are awarded as in-game achievements and have no real-world value. These cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the app.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in:

• Collusion, chip dumping, ghosting, automated bot usage, abusive language, or any unfair play.
• Any attempts to manipulate Gems or exploit gameplay systems.
  Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of Gems, or account termination.

5. Deposits & Real-Money Transactions 

• No real-money transactions are allowed. Gems and gameplay are entirely virtual.

6. Intellectual Property

The app and all content - branding, logos, game design, materials - are owned by us. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any app assets.
• Use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for:

• App interruptions, network issues, device malfunctions, or any user-caused errors.
• Loss of Gems or progression due to technical issues.

8. Updates & Changes

We may modify the app’s features, Terms, or policies. Users will be notified via in-app messages or updates. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.
