This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the legal agreement between you (the "User," "You") and Real Poker (the "Company," "We," "Our," "Us") for your right to access and use the Real Poker application, website and associated services (the "Platform") within the terms of this Agreement.

You accept this Agreement by accessing, downloading, installing or using Real Poker. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You need to be over 18 years of age to use Real Poker.

When you create an account, you acknowledge, and if requested, you will confirm proof of your age and that all information you provided is true and accurate.

The Platform is intended for entertainment or skill-based purposes only.

License Grant

We will give you a personal, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to install the Real Poker application and utilise it for personal leisure, nothing more.

We do not allow anyone to use the Platform for any commercial purposes, for the purpose of reselling it, or for distribution, unless authorised to do so.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Real Poker has and will continue to fully own and retain all rights, title and interests in Real Poker, including the software, the graphics, the trademarks, the content, the rewards, etc.

You agree that you will not copy, modify or reverse engineer, or in any other way use the Platform unless expressly authorised.

User Responsibilities

Every time you engage in or utilise Real Poker, you agree you will:

Play fair, refrain from using bots or cheats or any third-party software not expressly authorised,

Do not collude or participate in other activities which manipulate your opportunity to gain an unfair advantage,

Do not abuse or misuse the rewards system (which includes Gems) and abide by all applicable law, statute or regulation while utilising the Platform.

Gems and Rewards

Gems that you receive on Real Poker are virtual in-game rewards for opting in to ad-blocking or other in-app features.

Gems have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or redeemed for real money.

We reserve the right to change, alter or remove rewards from our platform at any point in time.

Fair Play & Security

All hands are dealt randomly and fairly and are monitored via our backend systems.

We actively seek to detect and prevent fraud, including collusion, hacking or multiple account use.

Accounts found engaging in unfair play may be suspended or banned.

Termination

We may suspend or ban your account at any time in our discretion without notice if you breach this Agreement.

You can stop using Real Poker at any time you wish by uninstalling the application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Real Poker is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

We make no representations that the Platform will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Real Poker and its affiliates are not liable for and under no circumstances will Real Poker or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed and construed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction for all disputes is governed by the competent courts in India.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time.

By your continued use of the Platform, you accept the changes.
