We have developed our application in such a way that it safeguards real player data and provides an ethical gaming environment pertaining to all forms of games, starting with the most famous one, Texas Hold 'em.

1. One Account, One Identity

Every player will be allowed to operate only one Real Poker account. Duplicate accounts, whether sharing or impersonating someone to exploit bonuses or to manipulate gameplay, are a breach of our Fairplay Policy. Failure to comply with this policy will result in suspension of your account, seizure of winnings and event result in permanent bans.

2. Anti-Collusion Measures

Collusion discredits the principle of good competition. To monitor the collusive behaviour, Real Poker has implemented a real-time surveillance system and complex algorithms that detect patterns of collusive activity. These include:

• Repeated soft playing or chip dumping.
• Coordinated betting amongst users.
• Suspicious win/loss margins.
• Consistent use of shared IPs or devices.

Any account found with such practices will be issued a penalty, and it might be blocked forever from accessing the platform.

3. Prohibition of Bots and Software Assistance

Every gameplay must be played manually and individually by a registered player. Bots and auto-players, or other tools intended to aid decision-making, are strictly prohibited. Real Poker has automated detection systems to detect bot behaviours, multi-tabling exploits, and usage of emulators.

An account that is proven to violate this policy shall receive a notice and be permanently banned.

4. Responsible Conduct at the Tables

A healthy poker environment lies in the hands of the players. All users are expected to:

• Avoid abusive, offensive, or discriminatory words.
• Do not slow-play intentionally in order to tie up games.
• Do not engage in spamming, solicitation or promotional messages in the chat.
• Engage in play with fairness and good sportsmanship.

Improper behaviour can result in account warnings, suspension, or permanent ban, depending on the situation.

5. Verified Withdrawals & Financial Integrity

In order to prevent misuse and ensure responsible financial activity, Real Poker introduces effective KYC (Know Your Customer) and authentication procedures. Withdrawals can be held, cancelled, or reversed in case:

• Associate with unjust or dishonest play.
• Caused by duplicated or marked accounts.
• Related to suspicious transaction patterns. 

Any financial operations should be accomplished only through personal, verified means of payment.

6. Device and IP Surveillance

Our system monitors IP addresses, device IDs, and geolocation databases to observe gaming habits. Players who use VPNs, multiple devices, or emulators to bypass our systems will also be flagged and reviewed. Confirmed violations will lead to penalties ranging from gaming restrictions to a permanent ban.

8. Fair Matchmaking & Game Transparency

No matter what type of Real Poker game you're playing, free or cash, all Poker tables get algorithmically matched to ensure fair competition. Our systems do not allow seat manipulation and recognise unfair benefits that may have been obtained by the repeated pairing or mismatched skill levels.

9. Player-First Reporting & Support

We would like to encourage all players to report suspicious activity or possible Fairplay violations. You may report concerns through:

Our team will review all reports with full confidentiality. In case a violation is confirmed, the appropriate measure will be undertaken promptly.

10. Penalties for Non-Compliance

A breach of Real Poker Fairplay Policy could lead to:

• Permanent ban on the account
• Seizure of earnings
• Reversal of financial transactions
• Forfeiting referral or bonuses
• Legal action in the event of deception or financial manipulation.

These actions are taken to maintain the rights and interests of real skill-based players.
